Usage: Drink 1 serving (50 ml - 1 scoop) 20–30 minutes before training or shortly after it. Dilute with 170–200 ml of water.

Ingredients: water, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring, thickener: guar gum, stabiliser: xanthan gum, sweetener: sucralose , preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate
Usage: Drink 1 dose (50 ml - 1 scoop) 20–30 minutes before training or shortly after it. Dilute with 170–200 ml of water.
