Activlab EspuActiv FORTE is a product containing simethicone, a stable silicone polymer and silicon dioxide compound. Simethicone helps reduce the formation of gas bubbles in the digestive tract, so that gas can be more easily eliminated from the digestive system. The product is intended for use in cases of digestive discomfort associated with increased gas formation.

Usage:
EspuActiv Forte Activlab Pharma capsules are taken orally, before or after meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water). When using this product, it is not recommended to drink carbonated beverages.
Symptoms associated with intestinal tension and pressure:
Adults: 1 capsule as needed, 2–4 times a day. Maximum 4 capsules per day (960 mg simethicone). Children aged 12–18 years: 1 capsule per day as needed. Pregnant women: Dosage and instructions for use as recommended by a doctor or pharmacist. No dose adjustment is required for people with diabetes.
For diagnostic examinations:
Adults: 1 capsule in the evening on the day before the diagnostic examination and 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach on the day of the diagnostic examination. Pregnant women: Dosage and instructions for use as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Children aged 12–18 years: 1 capsule in the evening on the day before the diagnostic examination and 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach on the day of the diagnostic examination. No dose adjustment is required for people with diabetes.

Warnings: Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to simethicone or any of the product ingredients. Do not use in case of gastrointestinal perforation or obstruction. Store at 15–25 °C, out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. A single dose may be taken at any other time. Simethicone may reduce the bioavailability of medicines taken concomitantly. If it is necessary to use together with other medicines, leave at least a one-hour interval between taking EspuActiv FORTE Activlab Pharma and other medicines. If in doubt, consult a doctor. If you are taking levothyroxine and simethicone together, a 4-hour interval is required between their use. If symptoms worsen or do not go away, consult a doctor.
