ElectroVit Activlab Pharma is a dietary supplement used in cases of increased need for substances such as sodium, potassium, chlorides and magnesium. Such a need may arise due to heavy sweating, vomiting or increased physical exertion.
An inadequate amount of electrolytes can disrupt the normal functioning of the body. It is difficult to prevent the loss of electrolytes - this often happens in hot weather, when the body sweats and loses minerals with sweat. The same mechanism also works during physical exertion - during intensive work or training.
- Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance and reduces fatigue and the feeling of tiredness.
- Potassium helps maintain normal function of the nervous system and muscles, as it is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses.
- Chlorides also belong to the group of most important electrolytes - they help maintain acid-base balance and support the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
Usage: Recommended daily dose: 2-4 tablets per day. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water.
