Ingredients: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, gelatin, bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2).

Usage: take 4 capsules per day with a sufficient amount of liquid, e.g. in the morning, before or after training.
