Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids), hawthorn extract (Crataegus monogyna/ laevigata, aerial part), pomegranate extract (Punica granatum, fruit), grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera, seeds), cayenne pepper extract (Capsicum annuum, fruit), nicotinamide, black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit), trans-resveratrol.
Usage: take 3 tablets 2 times daily before and after training.
