Ingredients: L-citrulline, Beta-alanine, acids (L(+)-tartaric acid, citric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), flavourings, caffeine, L-ascorbic acid, rose root (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract, inulin, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), choline bitartrate, southern ginseng (Panax notoginseng) root extract, grapefruit bioflavonoid extracts (Citrus paradisi, fruit), nicotinamide, colour (curcumin), zinc oxide, black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit), spirulina powder.

Usage: mix 13g (~3 scoops) with 200ml of water.
