Ingredients: L-lysine hydrochloride 85 %, capsule shell (gelatin), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and foods containing sulfur dioxide.
Usage: take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, 1 hour before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
