Thiamine (vitamin B1) - important for normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, and important for maintaining normal heart function and psychological function.
Niacin (vitamin B3) - important for normal energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and for maintaining normal mucous membranes and skin. Niacin also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) - important for normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and is important for normal mental performance.
Vitamin B6 - important for normal cysteine synthesis, normal energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous system, and protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B6 is also important for maintaining normal psychological function, red blood cell formation, and normal functioning of the immune system.
