Usage:  mix 1 serving (2 g - half a measuring scoop - equal to a level teaspoon) of the product with 400 ml of water or a beverage of your choice. Take 2 servings per day; on training days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and the other serving before النوم. On rest days, take 1 serving between meals and the other serving before bed.
