*It is true that the product contains a small amount of added sugar, which is part of the sweetener blend, but this amount is not high enough to affect the total sugar content. Therefore, the product can still be considered sugar-free. The term "sugar-free" may be used provided a certain limit is not exceeded, which is generally defined as containing less than 0.5 g of sugar per 100 ml of ready-to-drink beverage.
**The product contains no lactose because the raw material used is labelled as lactose-free. Lactose-free does not mean that the product is completely free of lactose. According to the rules, a product may be labelled as lactose-free if the lactose content is less than 0.1 g/100 g or 100 ml of the ready-to-drink product.
Usage: Mix 1 serving (25 g = 1 heaped measuring scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 200 ml or 350 ml* of water. (*If a larger dilution is used, the ready-to-drink product is lactose-free.) On training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon.
