Usage: mix 2 x 1 serving powder (2 x 7.5 g = 2 x 1.5 scoop) with 2 x 100 ml water in a shaker bottle. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
