Ingredients: beta-alanine 99,5%, anti-caking agent (calcium phosphate).
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that produces foods containing milk, eggs, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts.

When taken on an empty stomach, some users may experience skin tingling and sometimes even skin flushing. This is not dangerous and is a temporary effect. To avoid this effect, the dose should be reduced and it should be taken with any carbohydrate-containing drink or food.
