Beef Protein is a high-quality protein source that is easy to digest and absorbed within about 60 minutes, offering excellent protein and nitrogen value. It contains low amounts of fat and carbohydrates.

Usage: mix 1 serving powder (30 g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take a minimum of 2 servings, 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.

Strawberry flavour: hydrolysed protein 78%, flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), L-Glutamine 4%, L-Arginine 3%, flavourings, maltodextrin, thickeners (cellulose gum, carrageenan), emulsifier: lecithins (soy), acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), salt, colour (Allura Red AC**).
Vanilla-cinnamon flavour: hydrolysed protein 78%, flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), L-Glutamine 4%, L-Arginine 3%, maltodextrin, flavourings, thickeners (cellulose gum, carrageenan), emulsifier: lecithins (soy), cinnamon powder 0.75%, salt, sweetener (sucralose), colour (Tartrazine).
Allergens: made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
