Ingredients:
Green apple flavour: maltodextrin, L-glutamine 17,4 %, micronized creatine monohydrate 16,3 %, glutamine peptide (wheat, gluten), L-leucine 9,4 % (L-leucine, emulsifier: lecithins), L-isoleucine 4.8%, L-Valine 4,8%, acid (citric acid), flavouring, calcium β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, L-lysine hydrochloride 0.6%, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), L-threonine 0,5%, L-methionine 0,5%, L-ascorbic acid, salt, colourings (tartrazine*, indigotine), zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin, chromium (III) chloride. *Tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergens: wheat, gluten. Manufactured in a facility that processes foods containing milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphur dioxide.
Usage: Mix one serving of the product (21 g = 2 level measuring scoops = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of water and drink immediately after training. On rest days, drink in the afternoon. Use a shaker bottle.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Keep tightly closed in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Do not use if you have any health disorders or are taking any other medicines. Recommended for use by persons not younger than 18 years. Not suitable for children and pregnant women, when trying to conceive or while breastfeeding. The product should not be used as a food substitute.
