Usage:

Method 1: mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 100-150 ml of boiling water. Mix well and leave for 1-2 minutes.

Method 2: mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 100-150 ml of cold water and stir. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and eat.
