Amix Kre-alkalyn

Usage: on training days: 1 capsule in the morning, approximately 30 minutes before the first meal, then 1-2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before training. Take with approximately 300 ml of water. On non-training days: 1 capsule in the morning approximately 30 min. before the first meal, 1-2 capsules approximately 30 min. before the last meal. Take with approximately 300 ml of water.

Ingredients: kre-alkaline, capsule shell (gelatine, water, colour: titanium dioxide), magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. 

Allergens: milk, soy, eggs, gluten, crustaceans.
