Amix Creatine Monohydrate - a micronized creatine monohydrate food supplement intended to supplement the daily diet with creatine. Creatine helps increase physical performance during short-term, high-intensity exercise when 3 g of creatine is consumed per day.
Usage: mix 3 g (3/4 scoop) with 200-300 ml of water or juice and consume immediately. Consume approximately 30-60 min before the start of exercise. Athletes using creatine monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water per day to improve hydration.
