Ingredients: stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colour: calcium carbonate), chromium picolinate (chromium), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Usage: take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink plenty of water.
