Amix Calcium + Mg & Zn - a mineral complex of calcium, magnesium and zinc.
- Calcium – helps maintain normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle function. It helps maintain the normal function of digestive enzymes. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal teeth and bones.
- Magnesium – helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Magnesium helps maintain normal muscle function and nervous system function. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of normal psychological function and protein synthesis.
- Zinc – helps maintain normal carbohydrate metabolism and cognitive function. Helps maintain normal fertility and reproduction, and also helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps maintain normal protein synthesis and normal fatty acid metabolism.

Usage: take 2 tablets daily.
