Usage: The basic daily dose is 2 tablets. Take 1 tablet before physical activity and 1 tablet after physical activity. Swallow with a large amount of water. depending on physical exertion, 1 tab/15 kg body weight. Half before physical activity, the other half after physical activity.

Ingredients: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, stabiliser croscarmellose sodium, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and crustaceans.
