Ingredients: L-citrulline malate, maltodextrin, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), creatine monohydrate, creatine malate. taurine, beta-alanine, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, silicon dioxide), flavourings, colourings: beetroot red (for blackcurrant, grapefruit, strawberry and cherry flavours), carotene (for orange flavour), riboflavin (for lemon flavour), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), stabilisers (gum arabic), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).
Allergens: may contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk derivatives.
Usage: mix one serving (14g) with 200ml of water, shake well and drink before training.
