Usage: use 1 serving per day. One serving consists of 10 g of product (2 scoops), dissolved in 250 ml of water or juice. On training days: one serving after training. On non-training days: one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ingredients:  L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine (contains soy), acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring (for blackberry, pineapple, cranberry, passion fruit, raspberry, orange, lemon, prickly pear, lime, red currant, ice candy, orangeade, chewing gum, strawberry, blackcurrant, cola, watermelon flavours), flavourings (for whisky with cola, rum with cola, raspberry-strawberry, mango-blackberry, lemon-lime flavours), sweetener: sucralose.

Allergens: may contain nuts, eggs and products thereof.
