Ingredients: water, L-leucine; L-isoleucine; L-valine, acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), Camellia sinensis green tea leaf extract, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), flavourings, thickener (modified starch), stabiliser (glycerol esters and plant resin).
Usage: half a serving (40 ml) or one serving (80 ml) before physical exercise.
