Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, capsule (gelatine, colour: indigotine), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Allergens: may contain derivatives of cereals, containing gluten, soy, milk.
Usage: recommended daily portion 3 capsules. Take between meals or before bedtime.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Keep tightly closed in a dry place, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Should not be consumed by persons with medical conditions. Recommended for use by persons not younger than 18 years.
