Ingredients: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline malate, bulking agent: potato starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, nicotinic acid amide, capsule (gelatine, colour: titanium dioxide).
Allergens: may contain traces of cereal gluten, soy, milk.
Usage: 4 capsules 2 times a day, preferably one serving before training.
