Usage: mix 33 g of powder (one scoop) in a shaker with 150 ml of water or milk and shake in the shaker. Use once a day, preferably after sports.
Warnings: do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children, protect from direct sunlight.
