Ingredients: Creatine malate, L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, acidity regulator citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, flavouring: maltodextrin, magnesium carbonate, taurine, potassium citrate, potassium chloride, caffeine, inositol, vitamins (thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin), flavouring, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose.
Allergens: may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, milk.
Usage: Dissolve one serving (20 g) in 250 ml of water and shake. Consume in three portions.
