Activlab EAA Xtra is a mixture of essential amino acids in powder form. It contains 8 essential amino acids: lysine, leucine, valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine and tryptophan. Essential amino acids are a group of amino acids that the human body cannot produce on its own, therefore they must be obtained from food. The product is enriched with B vitamins.

Usage: Dissolve 10 g (2 scoops) in 250 ml of water. On training days: 10 g approximately 30 min. before training and 10 g after training. On non-training days: one 10 g dose approximately 30 min. before a meal.

Ingredients: L-lysine hydrochloride, L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium citrate, flavourings, sweeteners: E950 and E951, colourings: E104 (lemon and orange flavour), E110 (grapefruit and orange flavour), E124 (grapefruit flavour), 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin.
Allergens: May contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk derivatives.
