Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husks supplement the regularly consumed diet with natural fibre, which, after swelling in the digestive tract, supports intestinal motility and regular bowel movements. Chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus) helps to control weight, which supports any slimming programme, maintains intestinal health and reduces blood sugar levels.
Usage: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 g) in ½ a glass of water. Additionally drink water or another liquid. Use twice daily.
