Activlab Arginine 3 consists of 3 different forms of arginine:
- L-arginine
- L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate
- L-arginine pyroglutamate
Usage: on training days - 2 capsules before training and 2 capsules after training. On a regular day - 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before sleep.

Ingredients: L-arginine, L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, L-arginine pyroglutamate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatine, colour: titanium dioxide).
Allergens: may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soybeans, milk.
Usage: on training days - 2 capsules before training and 2 capsules after training. On a regular day - 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before sleep.
Warnings: do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the established recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children, protect from direct sunlight.
